SPOC

SPOC — SPOC stands for "single point of contact": the one person you go to for a project, client or issue.

In simple English

SPOC is very common in Indian IT services, BPO and client projects: "Rahul will be your SPOC for this migration." It means questions and updates should go through that one person, so nothing gets lost. In US and UK teams you will more often hear "point of contact", "POC" or "main contact". People say it as one word, "spock".

How to say it: Say it as one word, "spock", like the Star Trek character.
