IMO

IMO — IMO stands for "in my opinion".

In simple English

IMO is everywhere in Slack and code reviews: "IMO we should ship this behind a feature flag." It softens a suggestion, because it reminds the reader that you might be wrong. IMHO ("in my humble opinion") is similar but can sound sarcastic. In formal email or with clients, write "in my opinion", "I think" or "I'd suggest" instead.

How to say it: People rarely say IMO aloud. In meetings, say "I think..." or "In my opinion...".

IMO full form: in my opinion. Here is how to use it to give feedback politely in Slack and code reviews.
