EOW

EOW — EOW stands for "end of week": the end of this working week, usually Friday afternoon, used as a deadline.

In simple English

"Can we have the draft by EOW?" means "before the end of Friday". It is the weekly version of EOD. In teams where the week ends on a different day, or across many time zones, it can be unclear, so people sometimes write "EOW Friday" or "by Friday 5 pm".

How to say it: Most people say "end of week" or "by Friday" out loud. EOW is mainly written.

EOW full form: end of week. Here is how to use it for deadlines and how it compares to EOD.
